Simulator Rentals & Bay Policies

A little preparation goes a long way toward a great experience. Here’s what to know before your visit to Club One Under.

How Much Time Should I Book?

Use these average play times to plan your golf reservation.

9 holes	2	1 hour
9 holes	4	2 hours
18 holes	2	2 hours
18 holes	4	2½–3 hours

Play time varies with player skill, course selection, putting settings, warm-up time, and breaks. We recommend 8-foot or 10-foot gimmes to keep your round moving.

Before You Arrive

Arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and get set up before your scheduled tee time.
Bring your clubs—or rent ours. Rental sets are available for $15 per booking and may be shared within your golf bay.
Clean your clubs. Remove dirt and debris before playing to help protect simulator sensors and screens.
Use clean, unmarked golf balls. Scuffed or marked balls can affect accuracy and damage the screen. We recommend white golf balls without company logos for reliable tracking.
Bring clean indoor shoes, especially during fall and winter. Golf shoes are welcome if they are free of debris and metal spikes.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule more than 5 hours before your reservation without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 5 hours before your reservation incur a $20 cancellation fee.

Respect the Bay & Equipment

Our simulators use advanced cameras, sensors, monitors, and motion equipment. Please handle everything with care and leave your bay in the condition you found it.

Damage caused by improper use, reckless behavior, or intentional actions may result in charges for repair or replacement. This includes striking monitors, cameras, or simulator components with clubs or other objects.

Report any damage or incident to a Club One Under team member immediately. If you’re unsure how to use any equipment, ask—we’re happy to help.

All simulator bays are monitored by security cameras for guest and equipment protection.
